Well, when i try to make somthing cool the forums mess it up. The forums dont pay attention to extra spacing even if you put it between code tags. Kind of stupid i have to make the text in mspaint then post an image of text. Anyway, here is Harold The Monkey

Bah, spacing. Everytime I use something cool that I have on this computer (Where I got it from in the first place, I dunno.) it shows up fine until I preview it.
I'll have to fix this one day.

Try the preformatting tags. Those should keep the original spacing and whatnot. Also, I've always heard this called ASCII art. When I was in high school people used to flood chat rooms with the stuff, so I knew a few.

Thats pretty good egg sandwich! You managed to get it to display properly. The preformat things are a complete mess. They make the text inside smaller and i dont think they work 100% correct. I messed with them though and it was a pain. Anyway, nice job egg sandwich.

ASCII is a way of defining a set of characters which can be displayed by a computer on a screen, as well as some control characters which have special functions. Basic ASCII uses seven bits to define each letter, meaning it can have up to 128 specific identifiers.

ASCII as definied by the evil, but useful, Wikipedia... As for preformatting, if it isn't working try using fixed-width fonts like Courier or System, but not Courier New. Generally, if it's TrueType, then it's not fixed-width. The preformatting tags must be an issue with the boards themselves since I know the HTML version works perfectly.

It also doesn't look right unless you set the encoding to Japanese (Auto-Select). Very nice, however.
