....and I hate them. sudden change from hot, dry, and deathly humid, to hot, stormy, and losing internet and power due to the weather.
I honestly don't know which option is worse. At least in the storm i can run outside and cool off, but i'm bored as hell without my PC.
Guess you have to take the good with the bad, in either case. Lose/lose and win/win.

I know it's just me (so feel free to ignore me), but I'd choose stormy weather over it. Even without the Internet or any sort of civilization, at least the storm will keep me entertained.

I love stormy weather, and yes that time of year has begun for us. The only thing I dislike about it is that it does tend to mess with my internet connection.

As I type, I'm intermittantly looking out of my window, and it's BUCKETTING down, but not stormy...
Oh, wait, wind's changed and the rain's slowing. It's not as hard now, just normal rain. However, it's at about a 45' angle. It was even more horizontal at the beginning of this paragraph. Thing is, it's changing so fast that by the time I've typed something it's out of date! It's back to vertical now, but it seems to be close to stopping...
Hang-on - Thunder...
It's got heavier and slantier...
... And back to normal...
... And slanty...
... And now it's slowed to a drizzle. I've only been typing for ~5 mins, and it's gone from insanely heavy to almost stopped...
... Oh, it's getting heavier again...

I need a proper pair of boots (and raincoat) though ... I'm getting drenched wayyy too much recently... Then again, that's part of the fun with storm weather ~~~ ^.~

Which is a relief since I hate snow. It'd still be better if it were colder, though.
Also, youtube tag test
