The Warcraft 3 World Editor is a great program. I've already spent hours on it making stuff that's just not normal. For example, I made Ogres as a buildable race. So far every map I'm made has exceeded melee limits, but it's still fun. I've been casually working on a map similar to WarChasers, but with the added exception of being able to pull your wisp back out of your chosen hero in order to choose another unit to directly control. Also, I added three camera angles to select from, optional synchronization of the camera angle with the unit's own angle, optional darkening of the unit based on its HP (fade into the shadows wen it dies) and optional an blinking health indicator (blinks from green to red depending on it's health). Anyway, WarChasers is fun, I think. I hope to play it online with some friends as soon as I get my other PC online.
Anyone else have any nice Warcraft 3 creations, including models and such as well as worlds?

OK, so I'm fairly casually working on a new map. I think the creeps on Battle.net will like this one. I used a depth-first-search algorithm to creat a maze, and I'm currently in the process of scripting a regions handling system. The goal is to create a capture-the-flag map with random locations for each team's start and their respective flags. In order to make sure no one has a distinct advantage, I also intend to place each flag in an enemy's start. In this way even if a team starts close to it's flag it will still have to fight to get to it. I'm using dead-ends for the random location choices, though, so a minor advantage is still possible. It will be sweet when I get it all set up. And after that I think I'll make a series of various sizes and shapes using the same basic engine.
Capture-the-flag is just better with weapons…

Screenshots... Fairly low quality, since I didn't want dial-up users to take forever loading them.
Capture the Flag (Work-In-Progress) About: This project is described in detail above. Basically it's a capture-the-flag game with random start/flag locations. The blue areas are the regions in the set used to choose a random area from. Warcraft III does not handle multiple regions easily.
Chaos Space Orcs - Campaign 1 About: This is a single player campaign. It plays in two parts. Part one is rescue/recon. The chaos space orcs have crash-landed somewhere around Lordaeron and have to figure out some thigns about their surroundings. Part two only happens after all known "lost" space orcs have been recovered. It involves dominating the locale. Part two can be difficult if you blatantly wasted your troops during part one. Chaso Space Orcs don't build in this map, so once a unit is dead, it's irreplaceable.

That looks pretty kickass. ;D Playing as a Space Orc would be awesome, although the randomized CTF game looks pretty fun too. Also, I hope the Murloc RPG you were working on gets remade sometime when you have the time, it sounded Murloccilious. @.@
