That's no dragon! That's Diablo.. the Lord of Terror! And I may be mistaken (it's been a while since I played) But I think the guy in the upper left corner is Baal... Lord of Destruction.

Edit: Yes the guy at the top left is Baal. The middle is Diablo. And the far right is Mephisto. The three Prime Evils united!
